In December of 2008, I had the amazing good fortune of meeting up with some people on a conference call. During the call, I had an idea for a project* and 6 people came together to make that idea a huge, successful reality. The project energized me and allowed me to become very current in my skills. I decided that if I had that reaction, probably there were others in the world who could use the same sort of energy expansion that I experienced.

My intent in founding this site is to provide a structure for personal and business growth. I'm a coach in New York City and I know that what works for one person can work for a multitude of people. As an example, I've discovered that I'm at my best when I'm working with an energized, adventuresome team and I have many short, achievable deadlines. You may be motivated the same way. Or, you may have other reasons to become involved. (You may simply want to network in a new way, for example.) I'm excited about bringing people together for new experiences to make something amazing happen. Whether you have a project or want to work on someone else's project, browse the site and find something that piques your interest.

*The project we created was a 24-hour global event and we did it with no budget. It took place less than 7 weeks after the initial conference call and ended up with participation by people in over 250 cities in more than 43 countries!
